Tris-MES-SDS Instant Granules

Tris-MES-SDS (hereinafter referred to as MES ) is a white to off-white instant granule. MES instant granules refer to the MES buffer ( 50 mM Tris , 50 mM MES , 1 mM EDTA , 0.1% SDS ) used in daily experimental work in the form of instant granules. MES instant granules are simple and fast to use, without the need for tedious preparation processes such as calculation, weighing, and pH adjustment. They can be used immediately after use. In addition, the standardized large-scale production process of MES instant granules can avoid errors in the manual preparation process and ensure the intra-batch and inter-batch stability of the buffer. MES buffer is a protein gel electrophoresis buffer widely used in biological experiments. It is suitable for general SDS-PAGE protein electrophoresis, especially for PAGE gel in Bis-Tris system . When used with Bis-Tris protein gel, it is suitable for electrophoresis of small to medium molecular weight proteins.
